Capturing the special moments
Every wedding I capture is uniquely curated to capture the spirit of the day and the couple. I will spend time with you to understand what's important to you and what your day will look like so I can create a shoot plan that doesn't miss a moment.
While the apporach to your day is unique there are certain things you can always expect from one of my wedding shoots.
I will always agree with you upfront the type and range of shots you will be getting. This includes not only posed group shots but any other specific moments you'd like to capture. The way I shoot will usually end up with a few thousand images over the course of a typical day which starts from Bridal/Groom prep through to the evening. I will then create a library of over 500 curated images for you to choose from.
You will receive a dedicated website to view and share the memories of your day.
Each of your chosen images will be professionally retouched and have a post production treatment to create a look and feel that we have chosen together to best reflect the day.
I pride myself not just in capturing the best shots but providing the highest level of post production.
My first love was portrait and fashion photography. So I bring all of the learing and artistry from these disciplines to your wedding. From lighting, posing, composition and an arty/creative spirit you're guaranteed beautiful pictures that won't be what you get from a run of the mill wedding photographer.
You will have complete access and ownership of the digital libray. From this set of images I will provide a beatifully finished perfect bound harback professional photo album on archival paper.
You will also receive both colour and black and white digital copies of all selected images.
I also provide a service to order specific prints and large format versions of any specific images.
My photography equipment is professional grade kit. My lead camera has duel memory card capacity to ensure a back up copy is taken of every single image. I also work with a back up camera which also carries another lens to quickly switch between as appropriate.
I can also offer a secondary photographer to ensure both bridal and groom preparation is covered if this is not feasible single handed. A secondary photographer will also provide a wider range of shots from the day as we can capture muliple angles. A secondary photographer can also provide a 'human photo booth' service. By capturing guests and directly transmitting pictures to their phones to share beautiful moments from the day directly to their social media. And all professional shots.
I am based in Cheshire/Gloucestershire but can shoot all over the UK or the World. If you want me to shoot your wedding, wherever it is, let's talk!
For elopment weddings we provide all of the above services but these are usually pared back for the more intimate nature of these weddings. We will travel to your location to be part of your day and for the smallest elopments will even act as witness for your special day while capturing your special moments. On top of our charge for photography I only charge any travel and accomodation at cost.
ENGAGEMENT SHOOTS
Not getting married just yet but want to capture your comiitment to each other? I also offer engagement shoots. These are short organised shoots in a location of your choice to capture the two of you in a fun romantic way. This is not only a great way to celebrate your news, and get some great images of you as a couple but you also get to try out working with me and a feel for how I work etc.
